Julie Bromilow, co-founder and Finance and HR Director, brings extensive expertise in HR Management, finance, and team development. Her international experience ensures that Liderazgo remains at the forefront of skills development, continuously enhancing organizational effectiveness.

Michael Bromilow, co-founder, is a graduate of the University of Cranfield and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. As a specialist in Personal and Organizational Development, Michael has led transformative initiatives in blue-chip organizations across South Africa and Europe.
