Competency Assessment: Facilitators have three key responsibilities: planning and preparation, facilitating learning, and evaluating both learning and facilitation. In the planning and preparation phase, facilitators analyse learners and their needs, determine the essential elements for achieving desired outcomes, and prepare suitable learning materials. They also select appropriate facilitation methods that align with learners' needs and agreed-upon learning outcomes. Facilitators ensure they are fully prepared to implement the facilitation process. Finally, they evaluate the effectiveness of the learning and facilitation by seeking feedback from learners and stakeholders, analysing the feedback against established criteria, and making recommendations for improvement in future interventions.

Requirements and Qualifications: The credit calculation is based on the assumption that learners are already competent in the learning area in which they will provide training.
